Owners!

I was looking around at the screenshots and saw that teams will now have owners! I have not been as up to snuff on the new features on this version of OOTP. I have two questions, will it be possible to generate the owner's picture without him wearing his team's gear? Just seems sad to me that he is dressed as if he is going to play for the team he owns.
And second, will we as player's be able to edit his name, nationality, race, attributes, like we can with players?

Can an owner sell the team? Or like it says in the RTR7 do we have to wait for them to die?

Can I be the team owner instead of the GM is my question. I would love to play that role. Deciding budgets and whether to upgrade the stadium or move the team and stuff.

I guess those features will be years down the road.
