Sandman's Random Debut Database Creator

Is this still around anywhere? Haven't been able to find a copy.

Digging through a bunch of older files on my system, I ran across a randomdebut.zip file. The readme file in it states that Sandman put this together. It's just about 28 meg in size. How would you like me to get this to you?
