Need Help Importing Historical Players

Hi...I am new to the game and am having trouble figuring something out. I would like to import some historical players for use in a fictional league. I have consulted the manual and it says to click on the Import Hisorical Player action button at the bottom of the page. I don't see that button anywhere on the pages it says it should be on. Two potential issues are that the manual seems to be showing a screenshot from OOTP9 not 10 and I am playing this game through the Comcast Games on Demand Server so maybe I have some sort of stripped down version or something.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Free Agent Page

You will find it at the bottom of the sign a free agent page, then choose a database (Historical)
Then you put in the 1st 5 letters of the last name and 1st 2 of the first name and 01 (or 2 if there are duplicate players with same name.)
Then desired year of the players career.
Good Luck

Hiram Bocachica! Always liked saying that name.

You should have four buttons in the bottom right. Create Fictional Player, Import Historical Player, Delete All Free Agents and the Report button that you have. I'd say you aren't playing in Commissioner mode and that is needed to see the rest of those buttons.

As a pre-emptive strike, commissioner mode is turned on by going to the Manager Home page, then the Manager Options tab. There is a checkbox toward the top that toggles this feature.
