1940's-1950's Style NHL Uniform Request

Hi, i'm looking for caps and jerseys for the following (preferably in 40's-50's style):

Boston Bruins
Chicago Blackhawks (or Black Hawks)
Detroit Red Wings
Montreal Canadiens
New York Rangers
Toronto Maple Leafs

In addition, i have provided the team logos below for reference.

- Buffalo Sabres (using the classic logo, of course)
- Washington Capitals (using either their classic first logo or the current one)
- Philadelphia Flyers
- Pittsburgh Penguins (current)
- Vancouver Canucks
- Calgary Flames
- Ottawa Senators
- Edmonton Oilers
- Hartford Whalers
- Winnipeg Jets
- Quebec Nordiques
