Walgreens vs. Nationals

Just wondierng if anyone else ever noticed that the "" for the Washington Nationals has almsot the same danged "W" for Walgreen's? Only reason why I noticed it, was a new Walgreen's with a snowman walking through the store. He was wearing a red scarf with a white "W" in almost the exact same font as the National's. Same colors, same typeface. Left me wondering, "Now, why in the world would a stupid snowman walking through Walgreen's be a Washington National's fan!?"

Unless, of course, Walgreen's is either an owner, or major sponsor of the Nationals.....

He's actually right though. The scripted W does look the same between the 2. There was an advertisement for Walgreens on a site somewhere and I thought it was for the Nationals

Yeah, I've had the same experience. They're very similar. (There are only so many attractive fonts, after all.)

But it's not gonna make me start rooting for Walgreen's.

lol, the only difference between the two fonts are the little hook curving downwards for the Nationals.

I think Walgreen's would kick the Nats' ass myself....

oh, and apparently they lean the opposite way as well lol.
