Most realistic settings to play on?

In order for it to become the most like real-life MLB... what would you use as your settings? And are there any mods that you would also include as well?

For example for settings... I assume that we would all be using scouts/coaches so what would the rating scale be? And what about trading settings? Draft settings? Injury frequency? Feeder leagues?

And for mods, which would you suggest I include?

Ratings - stats only
Scouts - on
Coaches - off (personally, I don't think this adds anything to gameplay and hogs a lot of memory)
Injury - highest setting
Draft/feeders - ?, I'd suggest doing some tests to see what works best for you.

oh, and allow yourself to be fired

The World of Baseball mod is awesome. It is a huge universe though. I just tweak some of the stat keeping and injuries and stuff to the way i like and it runs great. I just have a problem with 1 league always seeming to not sign players and they end up with an illegal amount of players. But it is just a small independent league.

I'm only asking about the feeder leagues for the draft because it is basically done to show stats... but I heard scouts really don't look at stats right?

No, the only things that are affected by stats are player contracts and current overall * rating.
