Where is the source for personal messages?

Where is the source html for the personal messages? I can find the news stories, but would really like to edit some of the personal messages.

Try leaguename.lg/messages
I think that's it.

That seems to be where the product messages end up - the one's that the game has generated during the course of your league's season with the player and team names filled in. But somewhere there is a store of xml that is used as the source for those messages. News stories are in OOTP 10/text/english.xml. I just wondered where the personal messages were.
