Crash after closing game

I'm trying to get into feeder leagues so I've created two leagues with the default MLB 2009 template. After creation thereof, I've added several college and high school feeder leagues to see how I can make them work for what I want.

Anyway, everything seems to run well, and even close well, but then I get a lengthy OS X message about OOTP closing unexpectedly. Then, when I relaunch, I get an OOTP message about a corrupt file and it reverts back to my most recent save.

Can I email the message I get to anybody in particular to help maybe diagnose this problem?

This is with the most current patch (.31, right?), Snow Leopard and I'm running it in Spaces and full screen.

This exact same thing happens in Windows XP as well. Everything saves and closes but upon resuming, the game sends you back a save. Before the revert code was added even though you got a crash message on closing, the league would load with no problem. I think perhaps the very last closing item (like close the open window?) may fail occaisionally. It sems to happen more often if I've run anything else during the time OOTP was running. Ram issue?

Oddly, the first time it happened, it reverted back to 4-4-09 as if I'd done nothing, which was true in a sense that I hadn't saved until I closed the program at the end of the 09 season.

The second time, however, it didn't put me through the recovery process and opened where I'd left off.
