Aging/Development Modifiers Post-patch

I looked up prior discussions on this topic but they were pretty inconclusive, in fact there is a fair amount of dissent on whether the modifiers should be over or under 1.0 to slow aging. Also, was the patch to have addressed this issue in any respect?

If you have modified the aging and development modifiers for hitting and pitching, and random talent modifier for that matter, please post them in hopes of coming to some sort of range on where people are generally setting these. Any arguments as to why you selected your numbers would also be very much appreciated.

RonCo/Skydog haven't been around to provide significant evidence like they did for OOTP9, unfortunately.

It seems like they should be closer to 1.000 than in OOTP9 however.
