Misaligned logos/text in HTML reports

Our league has just converted to OOTP X, and while the transition has mostly gone smoothly, I'm noticing a minor yet irritating issue with the logos and header text in our HTML reports. In most cases, logos and header text seems to be misaligned to the left of where it should appear. A couple examples:

PEBA homepage: The league logo and Planetary Extreme Baseball Alliance text are pushed to the left.
Financial report: Same issue. For the individual team financial reports, the team name is pushed to the left while the little team logo is pushed to the right.

Within the game, everything looks absolutely perfect. It's only the HTML reports that are having issues. Any thoughts as to what may be causing this?

Bonus question: While I've got eyes on this thread... Have a look at the homepage for the San Luis Río Colorado Rapidos Blancos. Note that there's no team logo showing up. There actually is a custom logo for the team that shows up in-game, but it doesn't appear on the HTML reports. I know why: It's because of the accent mark in the word "Río". We have a number of teams in our universe with diacritical marks like this, and in each case their logo won't show up on the reports. I'm almost positive there's no fix for this, but I'll throw the issue out there in case a clever forum member can come to my rescue.

I just noticed: my single-player HTML reports have the same issue. Is it a game-wide issue?

Another player, knuckler, has reported that this issue is affecting him as well. Looks like we've got a problem here that's not limited to just one person.
