Minor League fielders not getting rest

Even with the depth charts filled up, many of my starters in the minor leagues are down to 0% energy and not getting to sit. This is new and the first time I've had a chance to spend a few days playing out my games since I put on the new patch.

This has happened on two different game worlds, a historical and my long-running fictional league.

Anyone else running into this?

Tom

This may not apply to you but I had this happen recently, and it was because the fielder didn't have a backup in the lineup with DH's. Since I always play without DH's in the top league, it took a second for me to realize this in the minor leagues. Maybe this is what you're running into.

nope. every player has a backup if tired in all 4 depth charts.

Can you post a pic of your depth chart? Might be easier to see if it is a usage problem.

There probably a couple causes for this, but most of them stem from your backup being used elsewhere. If your backup is starting somewhere else, he will not be used as the backup to the tired player (even as DH as Sparrow mentioned).

Also be sure 7-day lineups are set to OFF.

Let me know if this doesn't explain your situation. We can delve further if need be. I'm sure there is an explanation. The AI probably just isn't acting as you expect it to.
