Help Richmond Name its new AA team!
Here's the newspaper article from today's front page. If you read closely, you'll notice the name has likely already been picked. But vote anyway, this is America!

Go Flatheads! Logo should be a mix of a screwdriver and a fish.

![]() Curious, because I couldn't figure it out. Just a note, I hate the Montgomery Biscuits. If we need to have more high-calorie fatty food items as team mascots, I'll be sad. |

I personally would love to see what the Flying Squirrels logo would look like.

If it was up to the Internet, Richmond Rollers would win.

On the local radio driving home, they interviewed Parnell. I got the impression it is going to be Rhinos or Flying Squirrels because those names offer the best marketing possibilities, according to him. Parnell mentioned Hambone comes with its own song already, but he seemed more taken by the idea of a hat with a rhino horn.

If these are the finalists, I would hate to see the rejects. Jeez, it's just embarrassing...

![]() IRL I played college and semi-pro ball, but never played in the minors. I could see in college who among the guys I played with was going to go on to make it in the pros and who wasn't, and that I wasn't one of the one who was going to make it.
