Letting the AI control minors...

I just forgot this totally.

How can I get the AI to control all minor league stuff in my lower league.
I have control of the MLB club and decide who to be on the active and 40-man roster.
However I would like to have the AI of my lower league teams to handle players moving up and down the system, perhaps even realese them.
But I would like to have some control in that last stuff.

Think like the AI asking for a realese of a minor league player before they just drop him.

I can´t even remember if all this working and where I put in a decision.
I see that as a commis I have the AI stop roster move, but I think this should be a bit further.
At least the moving up and down in the system.

Point me to the correct screen.

Sorry if this has been brought up before but I search my a---s off trying to find something. And failed.

Manager Options have all the answers.
You can select whatever will be controlled by you or the AI minor managers. Well almost
