Improved off_field_injuries.txt

While editing the file for 1800s style injuries, I noticed the default file had a lot of issues with minimum start dates for injuries.

Seemingly innocent things like references to frisbees (which wasn't manufactured until the 40s and the word wasn't coined until the 50s), Little League (1939), alarm clocks (first mass produced in the US around 1876), pitching machines (there was one around 1900 that was literally something like a modified cannon, mass produced ones only appeared around 1960) and other things.

Plus there were loads of car references that didn't have start dates and even one about missing a team flight.

FYI, I notified Markus a while back and this was included in the latest patch.

You'll know if you have the file if you see "1,0,1876,while throwing his alarm clock across the room," as the first line. The previous file lacked this year. (And there were other corrections, of course.)
