Question: Licensing OOTP 10 on a new laptop
Just got OOTP last night and love it. In the next week I will be switching laptops. What will I need to do to activate OOTP on my new laptop?
Thanks for the great game! |

Sorry for the newbie lack of knowledge:
-I'm not sure where to find the licenses, numbers or whatever it is that I need to plugin. Are these files I have to drop in place? If yes, what file names? Or numbers I enter? If numbers where can I find them? -I rebuild my laptop reasonably often; is that going to be a problem for continued use of the game? I'll only ever be running one copy at a time. Thanks in advance for your help. |

Your license number is a string of letters and numbers. Elicense emailed you the code when you bought the game, and they'll re-email it to you, if you need it.

If you rebuild your laptop often you will need to unlicense the game first, then you won't lose a license. Just relicense when you reinstall the game.

Also, I get a mail from eLicense. It has an alphanumeric order number. Is that my license number? Thanks again for your help. |

There should be a "License" shortcut in the Start menu group with OOTP. There is also an eLicense control panel you can use to unlicense products.
Yes. |
