Need some help..

I have a Mac and I purchased OOTPX today through PayPal. It says that I'm supposed to receive a serial number to enter but I have not received anything and I haven't been able to find any place where it is.

I have the PayPal receipt e-mail, but don't see it there either.

I also checked my PISD account but there aren't any licenses listed in there either.

Anybody have any advice? Is there something I should be doing?

I'm sorry, I don't know how to rectify your problem, but I want to put my two-cents in on this liscense malarkey.

It is a royal pain in the hiney and I would bet that more of us honest God-fearing Americans are injured by this devil's invention than there are copies of the game pirated. There is not another game in existence that I would allow to cause me to suffer in such a mannner and if OOTP had a serious competitor that I could go buy at the store, I wouldn't let OOTP torture me so....

Can anybody help me out? I've tried to get in contact with a lot of people, but still haven't gotten an answer. I purchased the game about 24 hours ago now....

Spam filter? It has happened to me before, email I was waiting for got filtered out. Can you check you email via a web interface to see if it is sitting in a blocked folder or something?

The spam filter is a good idea - could be that. I would post a thread in the Tech Support forum with a name like 'License Lost in the Mail' or 'Never Got License'. You might get a little more traffic from someone that could help. Threads with generic titles get lost in the General forum pretty easily.
