Were there improvements made to financials during the reserve clause era? Is it ok now?

Well, I thought it was pretty clear. Financials should be turned off if simulating during the reserve clause era with ver9. They are just too unrealistic and don't work well. We discussed this in depth last year with ootp9. So I'm wondering if that's been improved with ver10.
