BZ 3381: Game Ending Injury

During the last out in the bottom of the ninth, my 2B in throwing out the final batter suffered an injury.

When I tried to go to the screen where I could write a game recap, I was prevented as I was taken to the injury/substitution screen. When I tried to sub for my injured player, I could not do so. The space for the sub was blank/with no pull down positional tab.

Somehow I managed to leave the game and get to the leagues game recap screen.

In my manager screen, I adjusted my lineups and placed a new player in the 2B position. However, when I went to play out the next game, I was immediately taken to the injury/substitution screen to replace my 2B. Again, no amount of dragging and dropping worked to fill the vacant position. As a result, I am not able to continue to play out any games and move past this particular day on my schedule.

Which version of the game are you using, please?

Which one exactly? There were two. 10.2.15 or 10.2.16?
