quick Historical Fiction question

I like to play the history of MLB, but with fictional players, and I have yet to convince myself the best way to handle the "automatically adjust league totals modifiers after each season' check box.

What is your opinions? Should I leave it unchecked and just rely on the historical player-creation modifiers to do the job, or should I keep the box checked?

I would check it if you want season stats that are in alignment with the actual MLB stats. Player creation modifiers will get you players with certain potentials, but the statistics can vary wildly from RL unless you control them with LTMs. Personally, I use both checkboxes.

That is what I started to do, and I like the results so far. I just wasnt 100% sure. Never hurts to get 2nd opinion. Appreciate it.
