Initial season draft order

Does anybody know how to modify the draft order in the initial season using the MLB Quickstart that came with the game? The reason I'm asking is that I'm controlling the Atlanta Braves, and I noticed that the game has them picking 16th, but in reality, they picked 7th this year. All other teams appear to be correct.

I haven't tried playing with another team, so possibly it defaults to the human controlled team should be picking 16th, but just wanted to check.

If you're in commissioner mode, you'll want to simulate until the day of the draft. You should be able to edit the draft then.

I am a bit interested in the ability to modify the draft order with sandwich picks, but I'm unclear how that is possible.
