What does everyone think?

I love...LOVE, OOTP baseball, but haven't pulled the trigger on OOTP X yet. What can you tell me? Is it worth it? Is there a big difference between OOTP 9 and the new edition? Thought I'd wait to ask the question till X was out awhile. Thanks for your input!

I think the new pitching system is more than enough of a reason to get the new editon. I have not played with the patches yet, I am taking a little break, but last I played it needed some tweeking with relievers being starters but if they are not fixed I am sure it will be.

but I like how a 2 pitch guy is in the bull pin even if he has a stamina of 75 out of 100, and it is nice that you can sometimes learn more pitches in you minor league teams.

also the new team logos are nice, you sometimes need to tweak the colors but just beats the generic ones in 09 andmaking/finding your own

My opinion is that it is worth it to upgrade to X. But just barely.

Thanks

Thanks for the input. My biggest hangup with v9 was the in game AI. I play out a lot of my games and it seemed after my team would have a good inning the opposing team would immediately put pressure on my pitcher...even if he had been cruising to that point.
