"Invalid Password" error while trying to license, now game will not start

I did not have a chance to respond to this suggestion from "Tony M" within the 3 day period before my support request was closed. Uninstalling the license as suggested did not solve the problem and I'm still unable to run the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 10 times and the game still fails to start. Here is my original post:

Any other suggestions for how I might resolve this issue? If not, how do I go about getting a refund? I would prefer not to have to do that, but I have been unable to start the game a single time since purchasing.

Do you happen to remember where the Invalid Password box came from - was it OOTP or the Elicense control?
