Bz 3117: 2 GM names printed on Personnel report

Not a major issue, but looks like one held over from 2009. When you assign yourself as a GM to the team, it actually shows two GMs on your team when looking at the Personnel screen within the team page.

Steps to reproduce (happens fiction and MLB):

1) Create a new league
2) During creation, I assign myself to the Pirates
3) I immediately go into the personnel report and there it lists the other GM along with the GM I just created.

Again, not a game breaker but kind of annoying showing multiple GMs for your team.

Markus reviewed this issue, but at this time, it doesn't look like a fix for this issue will make it into the first patch. He will try to look at it for the second patch, OK?
