BZ 1518: Trade News with Financials Off Incorrectly Reference Minor Leaguers

I wasn't sure how to handle this. BZ 1518 is still in the logged issues for version 9, but I'm not sure if it'll get looked at unless it's logged here, so...

All traded players are listed as Minor Leaguers if financials are turned off. I've posted a screenshot. This tends to screw up any history over the course of the league.

If this post shouldn't be in the X forum because it's still in the 9 forum, someone can delete it.
