Install Error

I have installed OOTP X to my PC. Every time I attempt to enter my license number. I get an ootp10.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close message. Also, I am running AVG Defender, and it always asks application 59G.EXX is trying to establis a connection with remote IP address...

What do I need to do to resolve this issue? Thank you.

Try disabling AVG and make sure firewall isn't blocking. If those don't work try reinstalling.
