add-on central doesnt work

when i open add-on central i cant connect to any server to install the complete facegen and logo files. it worked before. but i reinstalled the game somewhere else. what did i do wrong?

Have you selected Re-Load Add-On Central Downloads on that screen?

yes, i got a please-wait-screen for a 1/10 of a second, internetconnectivity is good.

i reinstalled and didnt change the preset folders for installation. then it worked.

I've got the same problem...cannot access AOC. I installed with the default options, but my data folder is not in the default---that's about the only difference I can see. Still playing with it, but I might have to move data back to defaut folder....

Closing this thread as a part of housecleaning older issues. Please post in Tech Support should this problem occur again or if you still have difficulties with it. I have made a note to be watchful of AOC issues related to options other than default. Thanks.
