suggestion regarding suspensions

I was able to take a suspended player and demote him to the minors for the length of the suspension. Since AI teams don't do this, I think human controlled teams shouldn't be able to either. This might not be the case in the real MLB, but for competitive purposes within OOTP, it might be a good idea.

Kind of piggybacking off this, one of my starting pitchers just received a 5-game suspension for drilling a hitter at the wrong time in the game, which sparked a bench-clearing brawl (the hitter also received an identical suspension). A 5-game suspension for a SP is customary IRL, since it means they're going to miss their regular turn in the rotation next time around.

However, as soon as I finish this day, the suspensions of both players decrease to four games. So, my SP really isn't going to miss any time at all. Rightfully, the suspension period should not begin until the next game. Not that I mind in this instance, of course

, but this should probably be fixed.
