Playing 2008 with end-of-year ratings

Back in January it was announced that the 2008 Lahman had been updated to include the end-of-season ratings, but being the computer illiterate I am, I couldn't figure how to get the start-of-year rosters with the end-of-year ratings loaded into OotPB9.

A little help, please?
