OOTP X Challenge Leagues

I had this idea during beta testing, and I am not even convinced it is mine, but the basic idea of it was that we could set up challenge leagues whereby the goal is too complete a predetermined task. The first example that came to mind was while I was messing around with the MLB league created with the game and thinking how terribly the Tigers would have been rated. Of course I am probably jinxing them (they're losing to Boston again tonight), but I thought the first challenge could be to play out the default MLB league for 2009 and try to get them a winning season at least. Other challenges might include longer term tasks like taking over an expansion team, or taking a perennial loser and turning them around in 3 years or less (early '90's Indians), or taking on a dynasty ('70's A's) and trying to win three series in a row. There would have to be a few rules to be followed, such as number of trades allowed, injury settings, trading settings, etc. Anyone interested or have any other ideas?
