"Unable to open or create the application data folder!"

Hey guys, sorry to post it in here, but I have been searching for days on how to fix this, and it's really frustrating.

But, I keep getting "Unable to open or create the application data folder! Please reinstall Out of the Park Baseball." when trying to open OOTP 9.

I use Vista, and I am clicking "Run as Admin". I've reinstalled it two times, and nothing seems to work. I even cleared out my c:\users\username\appdata\roaming folder of it's OOTP contents, and still nothing works.

Any help would be appreciated guys. Thanks!

Sorry, I have no clue. Have you tried posting in the Tech Support section of this forum? They may be on hiatus until Version 10 is released, but that's what it's there for.
