The Ash & Maple Baseball League is a MLB based league using Cubbyfan's great version 3.1 opening day 2008 rosters. Most league rules and settings are standard for an MLB based league, but you should know that some rules relating to free agency have been completely changed.

The league has just begun it's 4th offseason and we're heading towards the 2012 season, so this is the perfect time to get in.

The Red Sox have never finished below 3rd place and made it to the ALCS in 2010. The Rangers are perennial playoff contenders and made it to the World Series 2 seasons ago, and they were in the playoffs this past year. The Braves have not made the playoffs since we started the league, but they're always in the hunt. This past season they won 86 games, missing the Wild Card by just 4 games.

This is a top notch league and Paul is a great commish. The Red Sox have a huge budget so get in now while you can.

flag ship league and the only team still open is the wealthy Bo Sox. I thought they had the greatest core of fans!
