I am running a historical league and the game is creating fictional foreign players. I am playing with no minor leagues and ghost players are turned off. Do I also have to set the foreign player percentage at 0 and if I do that what happens when in February I import historical rookies will it not let the foreign historical rookies into the league. __________________ www.emerge180.com
