Need Help With Stat Page Starting Own League

I have started my own league the forums are here Lndsl, we have 30 gms, we have the file ready, I need help learning how to upload the file and stat page and simming, I am willing to spend some money wherever I need to buy the webspace and url so I can upload my stat page and file, I can be reached on AIM at Philly1036 and PM on here, any help at would be nice
