Fictional league questions: faces and hometowns

If you start a fictional league, is it possible to tell the game to only create players from a certain state? Also, let's say you ran a Negro league, can you tell FaceGen to only create black players (or if you wanted only white players, Latin players, etc.)... Thanks...

There are no in-game settings to control these things, but you could mod your nations.txt and ethnicities.txt files to do so.
