How are media revenues calculated by the game? In an online league I'm in a team is coming off of a Championship with over 4 million in attendance, yet the media revenue fell from $60M to $20M...???

I know it's not loylaty or market size because the team in question (and there are a few in a similar sinking boat) has a 90+ loyalty and a big market size.

Is it totally random?
How does one increase the media revenue without editing?
Any leagues ever play with finances shut off?

In my league I went from $25mil to $1.25million. Now I am the Royals but that really hurt.
