All Time Divisional Greats Universe

Hi all,

after the enjoyment of running the heavyweight tournament in the "All Time Divisional Greats" I have decided to run a universe in which this tournament takes place each year within each division. Rules are as follows:

Fighters will fight ten fights each year to establish their rankings.

Ten "wildcard" (randomly generated) fighters will be generated each year afer the first to compete in the rankings for a place in the Divisional Championship Tournament (DCT)

The bottom ten fighters in the rankings each year shall be barred from entering the competition for a further five years, whereupon they will be allowed to recompete.

Selections from the rankings to compete in the DCT will be on the following basis. The first number is for men, the second is for women.

HW - top 256/16 fighters

CW - top 64 fighters

LHW - top 128/8 fighters

SMW - top 64/8 fighters

MW - top 128/16 fighters

JMW - top 64/16 fighters

WW - top 128/16 fighters

JWW - top 64/16 fighters

LW - top 128/16 fighters

JLW - top 64/8 fighters

FW - top 128/16 fighters

JFW - top 32/16 fighters

BW - top 128/8 fighters

JBW - top 32/8 fighters

FLY - top 128/16 fighters

JFLY - top 32/8 fighters

SW - top 64/16 fighters

Winners and finalists shall be automatically allowed to enter the DCT the following year for their division irrespective of ranking and shall replace those at the bottom of the cut for qualification for the DCT that year.

Those that win the DCT on two or more consecutive occasions shall be permitted to step up a division and shall be replaced by a wildcard entry in their original division.
