Please Help:Need Support Email

Hello, and I do apologize if this thread is located in the wrong section. I bought the newest version of OOTP back in June, OOTP9 still then right? And the ID # was sent to my e-mail to finish downloading the game. Now i;'ve owned several other OOTP dating back to 2002, and i've never had to email the support team so i feel stupid for asking, but does anyone know the email so i can get my ID sent to me again?

Hi,

If you email support@elicense.com with your name, email address that you registered with, they should be able to give you your key by return.

Assuming you're on PC. If you're a Mac user, hopefully a Maccite will post you in the correct direction. If Linux, there's a link in the Linux released thread with a link to your PIDS account.

Can they sent it to another email? My girlfriend broke up with me and chaged the account password to my email (because she hated that i was on OOTP and i bought the newest one) haha!

If you send the email from whichever account you want it returned to and give them the details they should send it to where you want it. If no joy, have a word with Andreas or Markus and they should be able to get it sorted with elicense.
