Question Where can I find plate info at?

When you are playing out a game, is there a way to see a recap of what a player has done at the plate without having to go look it up in the game log?

Example: If a player is 2-4 at the plate, is there an easy way to find out what kind of hits they were (single, double, etc) and where those hits were at (right field, left field, etc)?

Thanks

I suppose just looking at the box score will tell you that. If the listing for doubles, triples and home runs doesn't include his name, he didn't hit any.
