Problem with 7-day Lineups and Rotation?

I have noticed on many occasions that my pitching rotation is getting screwed up when using the 7-day lineup. My pitching rotation is set to strict lineup and I use 7-day lineups. Many times, I will start a game, not realizing that I started a different pitcher than who was scheduled.

I realize that in order to have any change take affect, whether it be a batting or a pitching change, I need to go to the 7-day lineup screen and and click the auto-fill. But it still seems to get out of whack and not stay on the strict rotation schedule while my batting order remains the way I want it.

Anyone else see this? Or is this a case of "user error"?

yes I've seen it. Because I sim one week at a time, I've resorted to going into the 7 day lineup, clearing, then auto-fill. then the rotation is always correct.
