2002 Database

Do they plan on having it done before OOTP5 this time? I'm sure it wasn't the plan last year but on the site it says soon. Which from last year isn't reassuring and I'm curious to find out because a few South Dakota friends and I want to do our own ootp4 league with the 2002 stats etc. (yes Im not the only person in South Dakota that has heard of OOTP4) The updated database is our first choice. But were hoping to get started before Christmas break... Thanks.
