Can't Advance

Hello all, I recently downloaded the demo, which I understand runs for a season and a half, and both times, Ive gotten to a point where I just can't advance past a date, no matter what I do. I press the auto-play today button, or the auto-play this week, or the finish today, and nothing happens. The first time, it was in the offseason, after an awesome season with the 2003 Marlins (no WS though

), and this latest time, it was in the middle of an awesome season with the 2008 Cardinals (and I really wanna get that game to work because my Cards have something like a 600 winning percentage). From what I understand, since I downloaded the demo only about 2-3 weeks ago, it should be that latest patch and whatnot. Am I wrong, do I need to install the newest patch? Or is there something else I must to be able to advance in my games?

Any league with a back history will only go for part of a season. The demo thinks that you've played more than one year. If you want to go more than a full season, you'll need to try a league without any history attached to it. Sorry.

Thanks for the response. Is there any way to make it not think I've played a full season?

If you create a new fictional league or maybe if you create a historical league without importing the league history.

thanks for the help, I think I'm good. I'll just have to content myself with historical or fictional games, haha.
