Fictional League, Real Players?

For a while I've wanted to create a fictional World League that included real players. Is this possible?

It is definately possible, but requires some minor work. What you need to do is as follows:

1. Create a MLB league with real players.
2. Edit the league to add your league structure and teams.
3. Run your innaugural draft
4. Enjoy your new league.

I have played these types of leagues in the past and they are quite fun.
