Manager History Question

I'm about a third of the way through the first season with a league that I created for V2009 and I've just noticed that although all the AI teams have a managers name showing up on the game options screen, in the managers history page only my "human manager" name shows up with W-L record etc. Is this odd?

I'm not sure about what you mean by "the AI teams have a managers name showing up on the game options screen" but the Manager History page is only for the record of the currently loaded human manager.

Without starting a thread with the same title I thought I would ask this question here. In the Managerial History Section where the records history is listed what do the colors green, white and red mean. I noticed that green is usually a winning record and sometime makes the playoffs. Whie can be a losing or winning record and red always a losing record

1998 Yankees, Sorry-not explained very clearly. I assumed that every AI team had a manager whose accumulating W-L record would be kept on the manager history page along with my human manager persona. Although each AI team has a name in the "controlled by" boxes on the game options screen(immediately before playing or watching a game) I can't find a way for instance, of editing those names and there is no mention of them on the manager history page.

What you are looking at is your managing history. If you want to see the history of an AI manager you must open the AI managers profile and select the Managerial History tab.

But on the BNN Manager History page where there is a choice of leaders/index only my human manager shows up, none of the AI teams managers appear at all. Should this be the case?

It sounds like you have coaches turned off.

Russ, Yes I've always played with scouting on but coaches off. If I play with coaches from now on (i.e part way through a season) is that likely to screw anything up? Thanks for the info.

Have eventually got round to reading the personnel model section of the manual....it's only taken 4 years.
