Question about Scouts

How do I hire a scout away from another team?

Seems my scouts are recommending stiffs when it comes to the draft, Or am I missing something here?

Also where do I turn off scouting?

If you want to leave scouting on, you can't hire a scout away from another team, but you can look at the available personnel and hire a new scout.

If you check the "commisioner mode" box in the "manager"/"options" screen, you can select "Act as" the team with your scout, then release the scout from the team you want and then hire him from the league_name/"available personnell" screen. Some would call this cheating, but it is an option.
