OOTP6 Player Development Tracker?

Hi,

I'm re-starting to play OOTP6.

I just wonder if there's a player development tracker utility...
like it shows if each player's batting rating / talent has improved over season etc etc.

Can someone point this to me? Thanks,

While I'm at it, can some of you point the "Essential MUST-HAVE" utilities for OOTP6 ? and what it does?
