How do I save my minor league game for playing later

Both of my minor league all-stars games were played on the same day and I want to watch them both but I remember in my previous season that if I played the major league game it automatically simulated my minor league games. How do I reserve a game for managing later.

On game options screen you can toggle the "simulate world in the background". Is that what you mean?
