Favorite Time of Sim Baseball Season!

We all have different things we like about OOTP, and for me, Im at one of my favorite parts of the game.

I just spent basically a month making a custom league, graphics, players ect. Now I have just a week left in the first Spring Training. I love seeing how the players are panning out and that itch knowing the regular season is soon, and you wonder ‘How are these teams REALLY going to be?” I mean you always get that itch to a degree every spring, but for the first year in a new league, its always to a different level I always love it!

Tell me about it. I didn't play this game for at least a month after I got it, because I was so busy with making logos and uniforms, simming through history, and whatnot. It's great to finally play what I spent so much time on.

Depends on my team. If I'm mostly rebuilding or trying to emerge, then opening day because you still have hope. In leagues or games where my team is more established, then I look forward to the playoffs more. Nothing is more exciting than that Joe Carter moment.

Any draft is probably a close third.

My favourite times would have to be the Draft and Free Agency. They're the two pillars upon which every good organization is built!

My favorite times are opening day, the post season and the offseason as signing rumers fly and players jump from the Indy league to the Metros.
