Are hidden players enabled? I don't want to budget for it if not and I can't find the option anywhere in the setup/game options, I assume its like OOTP 8 and this can't be changed after league setup.

It can be changed at any time now.

Game -> Game Setup -> Player and Picture Options.

It's between "Disable Player Development" and "Show and Use Personality Ratings".

The file upload was started at 1220 AM to a modder.

It should be available soon. If I recall correctly, it is 1955. The file size is 35 megabytes. All board members who signed up are in the file. I am going to go to bed after setting this thing to run until Jan 1, 1961. I'll upload that file after I sleep. I know that Sid says that sleep is for the weak, but I gotta get some shut eye. I am playing Supremacy this evening with some friends, and I intend to build a lot of nukes.
