Schedule help

Just was wondering what type of program are you guys using to make all the schedules. I've been using wordpad but it takes forever to make one. Is there a program or editor out there some where?

I use specialized spreadsheet files along with some analysis scripts I have developed over the years.

If you are bogged down, one of what you want may already be out there somewhere.
