Question about PCMs

I have had a problem, since OOTP 2007/8, where the computer will constantly shuffle players back and forth between their 2 Rookie League teams and also their 2 'A' teams. I never knew what caused it, but after reading this thread I may have figured it out.

For example, I am the Manager of the Reds, I don't do any GM stuff (like moving minor league players), and I have 2 Rookie League teams. One of them is in the Pioneer League, and the other in the Gulf Coast League. However, every couple of days pretty much the entire teams swap. After reading the thread I mentioned earlier, I decided to check the PCMs, and they were exactly the same for all 4 Rookie Leagues. I am curious if anyone has some good numbers for both Rookie ball and 'A' ball so that players won't constantly get shuffled. I have noticed the other computer managed teams do this as well.

Bump

Has anyone else noticed AI teams (or your team if you don't control the minros) shuffling players between Rookie League teams and 'A' teams if an organization has more than 1 of each?
